## Company Overview

DispoTag.com, Inc. builds disposable shipment tracking technology for e-commerce businesses. The company's core product is an affordable, one-time-use Bluetooth tracker that merchants place inside packages before shipping. **What it is:** An address-level risk scoring API and Shopify app that evaluates delivery addresses for chargeback, fraud, and theft risk before the merchant ships.

**How scoring works:**
Each address receives a score from 0 to 100. Higher score = higher risk.
- 0–30: Low risk
- 31–70: Medium risk
- 71–100: High risk

**Six scoring signals:**
1. Dispute history — past chargeback and dispute patterns at this address
2. Address velocity — frequency of orders and disputes from this address across merchants
3. Geolocation — geographic risk factors
4. Identity match — consistency of buyer identity with address records
5. Delivery success — historical delivery success rate at this address
6. Risk Network — cross-merchant intelligence (anonymized data from all DispoTag merchants)

**Recommendation engine:**
For high-risk addresses, the system recommends attaching a DispoTag to the shipment to create proof of delivery. This closes the loop between risk identification and risk mitigation.

### 3. DispoTag Go (Retail Pack)
